Hiran Perera co-founded Walkingspree in 2006. Previously, Hiran was the CFO of two successful start-ups where he was instrumental in taking both companies to completion of IPOs and public listing of shares. Hiran is active in the community to promote wellness as he currently serves as a member of Mayor’s Fitness Council for City of San Antonio. Previously, he was the Chair of San Antonio’s American Heart Association’s My Heart My Life Committee and served on the Board of Governors for Fair Oaks Ranch Country Club. Hiran has a Bachelor of Commerce degree, and an MBA and holds a professional accounting designation.
Brianna Cummings is the Vice President of Business Development at Walkingspree, where she leads strategic partnerships with employers, health plans, consultants, and brokers to help organizations create healthier, more engaged workforces. With more than 20 years of experience in employee wellbeing, benefits, and business development, she has partnered with Fortune 500 organizations to develop strategies that improve employee engagement and deliver measurable business outcomes. A two-time U.S. Olympic Trials qualifier in gymnastics and pole vaulting, Brianna also earned a full athletic scholarship to the University of Southern California (USC), where she competed as a Division I pole vaulter. She brings the discipline, resilience, and passion developed through elite athletics to her work, helping organizations build cultures of wellbeing that inspire healthier lifestyles and lasting results.
Alyssa Krastz is the Director of Client Engagement at Walkingspree, bringing extensive experience in corporate wellness, employee engagement, and strategic client management. Prior to joining Walkingspree, Alyssa held leadership roles at Cigna, where she most recently served as Director of Health & Well-being Management and partnered with employers and brokers to deliver impactful wellness initiatives. Throughout her career, Alyssa has led cross-functional teams, developed client-focused wellbeing strategies, and helped organizations improve engagement and health outcomes through innovative wellness programs. Her strong relationship-building skills, strategic mindset, and passion for employee wellbeing continue to strengthen Walkingspree’s client partnerships and overall customer experience.
Valerio Siviero is a finance and business strategy leader with extensive experience helping SaaS and growth-stage companies scale operations, improve financial performance, and drive sustainable growth. As a Fractional CFO, Valerio has worked closely with founders and leadership teams to build financial strategies that support long-term business success. Throughout his career, Valerio has focused on financial planning, operational efficiency, revenue growth, and customer retention strategies. His expertise in SaaS finance and strategic decision-making helps organizations strengthen profitability while navigating rapid growth and evolving market demands.
